HYROX is the fastest-growing race in fitness — and most editions sell out in hours.

HYROX is a standardised indoor fitness race: eight 1-kilometre runs alternated with eight functional workout stations (SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, wall balls). Because the format is identical at every city race worldwide, your finish time is directly comparable across editions and years. The format runs in Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Relay, in Open or Pro tier, with age-group rankings on top. The finish rate is around 98% — there is no time cap.

Registration opens on a city-by-city schedule, not a single global date. The 2025/26 season runs through summer 2026 and includes 100+ events. Once 2026/27 dates are announced, every new event will appear in the same tracker.

Birmingham UK has been the standout — its 2024 edition sold out in minutes after tickets went live, with a third race date added to absorb demand. New York sold out in 40 minutes. F45 HYROX London ran a ballot in 2024 because demand was 4.4× the available 16,000 slots. Tampa, Manchester, and Hamburg followed the same pattern in 2025/26.
